We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to run our widget on your agency domains.

Billing & Trials

Trials run for 14 days. You can cancel at any time. Paid subscription renewals are charged monthly/annually.

Governing Code

Subject to local licensing laws and business regulations of the operating entity.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CodeNameZee's SaaS platform, dashboard console, widget integration bundles, and related backend APIs. By signing up, deploying our widget, or executing payments, you agree to comply with these terms. If you represent a real estate brokerage or corporate group, you certify that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Ingested Data and Content Liability Disclaimer

CRITICAL AI DISCLOSURE: CodeNameZee compiles chatbot responses utilizing standard vector searches over documents and URL pages uploaded by your agency. Since real estate calculations (square footage, acreage, HOA fees, pricing, commission splits, and downpayment ratios) carry binding financial weight, **your agency is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the listing files loaded into the training pool.**

CodeNameZee represents a helpful marketing automation assistant. We are not liable for:

Misstatements made by the AI agent regarding property parameters, pricing, availabilities, or payment plans.
Accidental booking errors or calendar tour overlaps.
Deal cancellations, financial losses, or buyer disputes arising from conversational dialogues generated by the widget.

3. Subscriptions, Trial Periods & Cancellation

We provide a 14-day free trial on all plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Upon trial completion, unless cancelled, your registered credit card or payment channel will be charged the recurring subscription price.

Billing: Handled securely via Stripe. Renewal invoices are generated automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription inside the Settings panel at any time. Your services will remain active until the end of the current paid term.
Refunds: Charges are non-refundable except where required by local consumer protection regulations or in cases of documented platform outages.

4. Embeddable Widget License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed our script code into domains owned or controlled by your agency.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source structure of our widget, backend routers, or embedding scripts.
Sublicense or resell bot allocations to third parties, unless subscribed to an Agency white-label tier.
Inject malware, scripts, or execute spam vectors targeting CodeNameZee API routes.

5. WhatsApp & Twilio Messaging Compliance

If your plan enables instant WhatsApp alerts, notifications are pushed via the Twilio WhatsApp API. You must provide a valid notification number. You agree not to use lead contact details gathered through CodeNameZee to send unsolicited spam, bulk marketing lists, or non-compliant communications, violating Twilio or WhatsApp Business Policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, CodeNameZee's total aggregate liability for any claims under these terms is strictly capped at the total subscription fees paid by your agency to CodeNameZee in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

7. Terms Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these terms to align with platform upgrades, billing shifts, or regulatory changes. We will notify active subscribers of significant alterations via email. Continuing to use the platform post-updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
